Batch Seed Coaters
The NoroGard batch treaters come in a range of three capacities ranging from 3,5-30 tons per hour. The batch treaters are your obvious choice when you need a more complex treatment, such as pelleting, application of separate layers with drying in between and for small seeds like vegetable seeds.
All NoroGard batch seed treaters are equipped with PLC systems for sophisticated application and precise loading rates. Each model is available as a standard or ULD, allowing for even more sophistication, statistics and remote control. They are designed for complex treatments to meet high demands regarding application quality, reliability, operator safety and economy. Equipped to meet your needs for dressing, incrustation, coating and pelleting of seeds with diameter minimum 2 mm.

Continuous Seed Treaters
The NoroGard continuous seed treaters are available in a wide range of capacities and functions. Ranging from on-farm use in small seed plants providing capacities up to 1 ton per hour. All the way up to highly sophisticated treaters for large seed plants, allowing capacities up to 45 tons per hour.
The continuous range of seed treaters are designed for volume seed and enable an even flow of seeds and continuous measuring of treatment liquids. Each seed treater in the range is available with a list of options to ensure that you get a treater that is fit to your specific needs. Furthermore, each NoroGard seed treater holds a compact design to enable easy cleaning and maintenance. Processing takes place within a closed system maximising the health and safety of the operator, and the treaters are built to last for 20 years. Making reliability, high application quality and correct dosing rates key features in each seed treater.

Laboratory Seed Treaters
Our range of laboratory seed coaters consists of two models. The R300 and the R150. Both highly suitable for laboratory use, ideally suited to defining parameters prior to production. The two laboratory treaters offer different levels of automation, however both of them allow for dressing, incrustation, coating and pelleting.
A great addition to our laboratory seed treaters, are our newly launched dryers as well as our organic build-up powder for pelleting.
